They all do. Pinksheets are what they are and for anybody that is willing to think more of it then as I say "DO YOUR DD" on any and every investment.
From past pinksheets reverse split / merger plays I have always found that it is not even worth doing 5 minutes of DD, just keep an eye on your quotation system and bail out when the house of cards are about to fall.
DD is for lovers of the company and traders are the ones that make money in the pinksheet world.
