Ignis Petroleum Group Inc. filed its 10KSB on October 16,2007 for the period ending June 30,2007. In this report its auditor,Hein & Associates LLP,gave an unqualified opinion expressing doubt that the company can continue as a going concern.

If the company survives we will see a large price appreciation - especially when IGPG can include their share of Barnett in their filings

This could take awhile but I think we are going to make it.
