many years ago, i saw iron coal steel as big laggards in a 10 year time frame and invested heavily in 2002 2003 2004 holding for about 8 months with flat or losses
I then got disgusted and took them out.
I had 10 k MT at 2-4, it did a little run up and then did a bull flag in the weekly monthly. I didnt recognize it as a bull flag and got out.
I also had aks, aci,roanoke and a few others, even clf when it was 5-10.
If I had never made another trade for 5 years, I could have retired
