Nothing wrong with bringing up issues, especially if you aren't clear on them. I try to ask when I'm foggy so I can learn better next time something similar pops up. I would hope they'd get their current acquisitions to a place where operating income can at least pay for interest expense before going shopping again but that hasn't stopped them this time. They are definitely very aggressive. Good luck.
