However, given their past history of promising what does not get done, at least from a business point of view, what makes you so confident in saying:

What makes you trust in their confidence that a deal will be signed by the end of June? I ask this question especially in view of the opinion expressed by Newburry to oldberkeley, namely:
"This additional interest re-inforces our confidence that we can successfully complete a partnering arrangement for ATryn in the US."
That is sort of scary because it implies that previously they were not even confident that they could make a deal for ATryn US...
