If the form 10 filed by LBWR in Feb. 2008 passed without comment by the SEC, then why did LBWR have to file an amended form 10 in Dec. 2008?

Sands must have not heard the right interview. Dexter said the Form 10 passed without comment. He also said we are fully reporting now. Heck, the first 1/2 of the interview was all about the uplisting.
