It is good to see Mr. Toner active in the cause, and outspoken on behalf of MJF, even if he didn't run Boston this year. I'm sure all of us would have liked to see a third great marathon run from an Endostatin clinical trial patient, but with the finish line sizzling at 85 degrees, a fundraiser at the VFW is probably the wiser course. I just wish I had known about it, so that I could have attended. I've gone to fundraisers at that VFW before.
