Someone wishes to give the illusion of someone buying at the ask at all times. The less people monkey with the stock the better off we would be. When people do things like that it only gives the impression of a scam.

MM's are the 100 share trades, now watch as we put buying pressure at the ask,as long as the MM's know they can not shake any more shares we will move right back up fast just like we did a few days ago, welll up over 100% in just 1 day off the lows, get ready for a lot more gains ahead like that going forward. Nice to see those boardmarks rising everyday.
