fullofstars, the cameras are as you mention IMO to let the diehard retailers keep close dibs on the action. But they also serve a function in that the workers I bet are very aware ofthem so may tend to work a bit harder knowing a bunch of investors are watching for slackers LOL.
So the cams IMO serve a double function, one to promote the company, the other to help production so I'm not gonna knock that idea.
That said, I personally feel this is a highly speculative company. IMO if their creditors decided to tighten up and say sorry we're not lending any more they IMO would need to dilute to stay afloat (quite soon with their current history of ARs outpacing revs growth and also interest expense per Q more than operating income per Q) so share price is important to their biz plan if they are to succeed (because of futrue dilutions- the higher the price, the less caustic to everyone invested).
They could really increase margins through synergies but so far I only see small improvements on that end and it is waaaay too early IMO to tell how that will play out.
These guys do some serious shotgunning from the hip, announcing a deal with a private company when they have almost no financing in place and the last financing for a smaller transaction hit shareholders IMO pretty hard (the warrants around 50 cents and the interest rate). But to each their own, some find this a highly attractive investment. I sure don't but wish them well as long as they realize the substantial risk IMO...
PS- I'm just here to look at the beautiful I-Hub board LOL and drool over its amazing color and overall attractiveness. Oh ya, I'm married. Scratch the drool part.
That's my view.
