BUD F0X, Thanks for putting this together. Yellow and blue, our favorite deep sea colors = green - I love it! Flotec growth at 20% is definitely conservative and I realize you've kept it intentionally low in the absence of guidance.
"Flotation Technologies has since expanded into a 45,000 square foot facility in the Biddeford Industrial Park. At the new facility the company installed state-of-the-art automated production equipment allowing Flotation Technologies to triple its production capacity. The new space also has options to accommodate future growth. The increase in production seen from this expansion will enable Flotation Technologies to grow its staff by 50 percent by the end of the year." (end of 2007)
Based on this (and using your DCF model), 50% (say) growth on Flotec would put us at $3 for this year. Obviously you've kept other rates conservative too - so there are a number of ways for fair value to be at $3 this year. Of course, Dahlman Rose already thinks $2.50 is a fair value with no Flotec figured in. And the story gets more impressive looking a couple of years down the road. Thanks again for updating this model - much appreciated!
