True, however your State's Blue Sky Office will often fight for an investor who has been defrauded and often times, they will press criminal charges.
Your State's Blue Sky Laws are supposed to protect us from these type of events. I am contacting mine in the morning. I think, everyone should look up their Blue Sky office in each of your State's, file a complaint and also send a copy to the NASD and the SEC.
