Mike,

That issue has been discussed at length.

Most people would like it to be two seperate issues, including me.

You click one button to keep people from PMing you, you click another to keep from seeing their public posts.

I think you have to click a third button to keep from seeing replies to their posts.

Not sure about all of that since I don't use the ignore feature very much.
