Anything is possible but I think this eclipse issue really brings to light just how vulnerable edig is to corporate indecision/foot dragging due to both its size and business model. Some will also cite management weakness, but I dont spend my days in poway so I have no idea about that. Eclipse seems to have internal issues judging by their indecisiveness with bringing a product to market. This certainly has not helped edig. On the other hand, what if there was a problem with the hd1213 that edig was responsible for? My bet is that we will know the answer if edig truly is in the clear and has been wronged but if we are at fault in whatever way we will only find out by deciphering an sec filing. I expect this issue and the discussion of it to further polarize many ardent longs who may find themselves guilty of asking "basher colored" questions.
