I eprsonally believe the accountants have nothing to do with the delay of finacials. IMO the delay was the company not the accountants. If it was the accountants then they should find new accountants. Remember we are not talking about financials ending Jan. 1st, but financials ending Oct 31st. They has plenty of time.
