EZ, i work for com ed and the new meters work well for people who use alot of electricty during the day if they can change their habits. my company is now offering them to all of our customers. im not sure how they have set up the rate plans or when the peak hours are. they wont change a bill much for people who dont use much electricity though

yeah ez, we have had this for years, i dont quite understand why they call this a pilot program....time of day usage billing.....gm fellow early bird
