Some of you folks seem to be of the opinion that if one were to say "hello Jim, how's your day?", they should be either deleted, maybe even jailed or Lord forbid placed in jail....so very narrow minded IMHO!!!

It's off topic for a stock board, but from what I have seen, it's not usually deleted unless it's a problem board or a problem poster.

If you have specific concerns, you really need to take it up with admin VIA PM.

AMEN to that, we cannot say Good Morning, a small joke, nothing. Maybe like a COMMUNIST Country huh that GUARDS the INTERNET or like IRAN where you can be killed for saying something bad on the internet !

The problem with saying "Good morning" isn't the single post. It's the subsequent 30 posts of everyone else chiming in. Now all of a sudden someone who is at work and has limited time to review the board, is wading through multiple "noise" messages that have nothing to do with the company.

Personally, if there are one or two messages like this, I leave them. If it snowballs, then I remove all of them.
