Is this how SEVU plans to defend itself from A@P's allegations? These outdated copies of insignificant documents prove nothing. The first two represent a quote of prices by GE and a request for samples, so what...just about anyone could get something like that and it does not prove that they would be the supplier. It only proves that SEVU contacted them about their prices and ordered some samples. The next two from Logis-Tech look respectable, but don't they have any recent communications proving an ongoing business relationship? The SLK letter is in response to a request for an application in APRIL 2000...it says nothing about any agreements to lead SEVU to AMEX, only that it could do it if chosen.
Come on Mr. McBride, YOU MUST DO BETTER THAN THIS. We need to see some proof BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT that SEVU is on track. I am on your side, but you are not proving your case even to me much less to those with more doubts. Put on your game face, get out all the weapons and put A@P in his place or prepare to wilt away with the rest of the POS OTCBB companies!
