With public traded companies they may say hired, but its more of a forced type of hire. Was probably part of the deal for mr Holmes to invest 600,000 I think it was. Sort of if I invest, I also want to be CFO to ensure my investment pays off. In jims case IMO pay off may include using shareholders for all they are worth.

But thats just one mans opinion
