You buy in at the price that suits your yield tastes....mine are 16% and up. You try to time for the divi sos ya don't walk away empty handed on a decline. AND, if the price climbs well ahead of the future divi, youir target divi ya gets the hell out with a guaranteed profito!

For example...I bought USS at 11.232(averaged) (when everybody else laughed) for it's .45/share divi. It went up strong the last 7 days or so and I am ahead 1.20 or almost three times my meager target....so I "DEALED"...thank you Howie, out at 12.43.
