Looks like the TSEGPM broke down today with a close below its 200 day MA. The last time that happened was in March of 2003. Then we had a nice rally from the bottom of 2003 to the top of DEC 2003.

IMHO probably a double top has happened.

We now have lower highs & lower lows FWIW only
