I called the company and asked if the #'s on the website were accurate and they told me that they were, also told me they were not issueing any more free trading shares.
it also appears that there is a sizable short in the stock.
if you notice, at the end of most days we are taken down from .15-.17 to under .14 now it is lower. I bought 100k shares the other day and brought DVAR from it's close of .12 to .20. not a lot of shares to move us .08
I believe that the actual float is much tighter. Many of those shares are held tightly i am told. I believe there are less than 2 million shares in circulation(trading) Personally, I am accumulating right now, I think this company is going to take off like a rocket.
