by the way igf-1 has a 100 percent normal range in a human so the amount you get in milk, if stable, and if absorbed in one piece could not have any effect. If you go out and run your igf-1 levels increase as do your gh levels. So by your logic, exercise should be bad.
and igf is incredibly unstable and would not survive high temp
if that is all you are worried about, I would suggest you do some research into the biochemistry of igf-1 to determine if what you are worried about has any biochemical reality.
