A contest it is. George, the mill site was commercial long before there was a City, I mean somethings are a given, whether you like it or not. The time to change that, has come and gone. Let it go, make the most of it, hell, advertise it, promote and take advantage of it. Berlin, the Green energy City. Yahoo!!!
