That is outright ignorance. The community is now openly unified in opposition, because of the negative, visual impact industry, on this site, has had on the community as a whole and the loss of taxable revenue this inapropriately developed site has caused the city to suffer. To not spend a few thosand dollars on a landscape architect, earth work and tree planting, to offset a real negative impact that has unified the community in opposition, is inescusably negligent to the investor. The city is now enjoying positive, economic projects that overwhelm the mostly negative impacts this project will have and do not need this project, fact. For the compant to have even a slight chance of being accepted in the community it has creative challenges....
