Batscam and Johnny are here hounding NNRF from the good old eurotech -GBMR days....and Yes batscam and Johnny have made some valid points,but also have distorted the facts...
Much of batscams critizism comes from past dealings relating to the founding member of the company that goes back almost 20 years...and he sees no difference from NNRF to eurotech-ATI-Brillant-GBMR....AND JUSTIFIED at that...however...i would like to point out the difference bettween NNRF and the past companies the founding people where involved with...
1)all those past companies have Death spirol financings in place...NNRF does not and will not partisapate in them.
2)many of the projects ,bussiness prospects did not have the financial backing in russia....the russian economy at the time was in bad shape...and none of those companies incorperated a revenue generating company such as Atoll....
3)NNRF has management savey enoughf to not go down the same road as those in the past...the Key difference is Todd and J holt Smith are not going to let the same games be played as in the past...they have a signifagant investment here and there names are tyed to the company....
Some issues that need to be addressed is this...
GBMR people need to realise...Nucap** This product has experienced delays in production and engineering due to issues related to the means, manner and necessary formulation to apply the substance in the field.
After GBMRs president Mr Sheppard s combative NR reguarding NNRF s update he had this to say..The one application NNRF is referring to is very unique and specialized.
It is obvious Nucap in its current form will not be suitable for NNRFs application....since GBMR management took such offence and it was clear NNRF had some engineering work ahead of them they decided to source another product instead...Rad seal is NOT the same product as Nucap...it is quite different...as far as sale of Nucap to ""save ""GBMR shareholders...well you can t sell something that doesn t meet your application requirements...
The US listed address for NNRF...the reason for the P.O box is simple...US listed company needs a US listed mail service...and Todd uses the Box because he is right across the boarder in canada..they could use Larry Mcquiads NY office at 42 nd st ...but that would cause delays as it would have to be forwarded to Todd in BC...and Todd likes the location as he can file the SEC docs in person...the P.O box has a logistical purpose ...why waste money on maintianing an office just for mail purposes?
These EP units...ASK Darin Nellis...Richard Walls son..in fact ask Richard...thats there baby..maby if you get a clear answer post here as i would like to know as well...
Feecom-Biecom...there is huge interest with these products...the german Gov wouldn t have granted them $225K if they did nt have some interest in the pipeline...again this is an early stage product development....this product line hasn t been factored into the fundementals....management has been marketing this line aggesivly,the problem is with us north americans is we don tsee it as there effort is on the other side of the globe..NNRF has to make better known the efforts they are putting forth..
NNRF...the name was changed from Nucon to the current ticker symbol at the time....the reason for this was they where notified that another company was listed as Nucon and was creating some confusion...and this other company asked them to change there name...so in haste they picked the ticker symbol ....
As for the ""sales"" and equity reported in the 10K...well Bat is right..no sales...BUT...what people have to understand is this...
1)the Acquisition of Atoll is the first step in attianing assets they can leverage to ..A)obtian financing...B)pay thru dividend Payments portions of acquistions...C)Create a manufacturing ""HUB"" or group that all have the same goals...to create this group they are able to bid on much large contracts and keep manufactuing in russia""..currently 60% of nuclear components for NPPs that are russian made come for outside sources..
2)The loss recorded for 2007 was a lot of one time expences that are behind us now...all the Atoll shares...consulant shares...interest expence is all behind us now...
3)the equity portion and ""order book"" for Atoll allows NNRF to shop for financing...at this point the biggest concern is dillution.....NNRF wants to raise 15 million....but they don t need all 15 right away...not till later in the year...so they could easily do a debit financing if they got a dividend commitment ...once these aquisitions are done and the true value of NNRF is realized in the SP then go back to the markets and do a equity placement at much higher prices...
4)most important of all...the 10K shows NNRF has a stake in a REAL company with Bussiness with major Russain companies.....Russia is going thru a major transformation...and people are taking note and want to be part of it...thats why NNRF was formed and thats there bussiness vison going forward...
5)the 10K also gives the NASD and audited financials to look at and shows they have taken steps to be fully compliant...its been 7 months since they first filed with the NASD....the average is 4 months for an uplist...so NNRF is way over due...the company just completed another comment period so it can not be that far off....after 7 months and an audited 10 k i can t see what more could be needed..
If you bought NNRF due to Barry Davis or Richard Walls guidance...then you don t know what you bought...if you are upset things have nt gone the way you thought....take it up with them...Barry has made numerous erronous statements and people bought due to those statements....those statements did not come from or was endorced by management...so if you have a beef with management for some of these things not happening take it up with the guy (Barry) for making the statements....
