LOL I said they were 'offering' to buy out Chevron.

"Matrix's team of 'consultants' is offering an all-stock buyout of Chevron - 1 for 1 - so for each share of Chevron you'll get 1 share of MXXH.PK. For devising this plan of action, the "consultant" team was paid 342,078,000 free-trading shares."

It was simply the 'most strategic' plan the 'consultants' could come up with in order to get more free shares.

Of course, Chevron MAY refuse the offer...
