People who are looking to make money and/or increase their share count. If you thought it wouldn't retrace after hitting .045, then you are not reading the charts very well. This stock will continue to remain a flippers ("longs" included) paradise until the company's plan becomes more evident to new investors. Until then, good luck waiting for a good run. A good run needs several "leg-ups". We can't seem to get one. Maybe this afternoon. GLTY
