our "experiment" has worked thus far because of our ability to adapt. When it gets steered by too few, it fails to adapt. the last time that happened was in the 20's, and it took a strong person siding with the poor to pull us out of it.
I agree with you that Obama doesn't have the experience which is what I like the least about him, BUT I do not trust Hillary at all. And she has aligned herself more and more with the war hungry neoconservatives. Bill Clinton gave into them when he did his venture into Iraq, and Hillary will gladly follow. I'm sick of their catch-word "terrorism."
