rich, poor -- such a relative standard

everyone in the USA is deemed "rich" by about 95% (just a guess) of the rest of the world

Forbes first 20 of the 500 richest were 75% american five years ago (from memory}

this year the first 20 had only about 50% from the USA (from memory)

the entire world is getting rich
