Good morning. Opinions that are baseless are misleading. The financing ability of UMNG is the same as Rio Tinto as they both get their money from financial institutions or investors based on contracts and the backing of the government. The ability to complete a contract is not in question since the actual work will be done by local contractors and only overseen by UMNG or its subs. Rio Tinto would have to hire locals to complete the tasks ahead because they don't have the manpower to complete the job even as big as they are.
