Hmmm trying to just prove that you were wrong in your post ... as you posted 2,400 sq ft instead of the listed 3k+ in the ad.

dude you can't start saying stuff like that. ITs a good start for a start up company. Nike started selling shoes in the back of a van.. This is a much better start

polkamatic, there certainly is a difference in the pictures, however, there seems to be some discrepancy with the description and features of the property . Note in one of the pictures there appears to be a building to the left next to the named building and none in the other picture.imo.

The picture shows a garage door, definitely is two story, and one undefined bath and one undefined bedroom. Very confusing.

"Hey, that building looks MUCH better with a coat of white paint and the junk car moved...easily worth another thousand now. Slap a sign on there and you've got yourself a Corporate Headquarters in Lima, Ohio.
That real estate agent deserves a 3% raise. Were they the agents that handled the listing for the Kistler family?

again, your not taking anything on the inside into account...nor the time value. Why do you attempt to continue to mislead people on this ADCS property???? It is an appropriate question...do you have an answer????
