The last 10 years? Have you seen what the real estate market has done the last 2 years? And we are talking Lima, Ohio for gods sake. This isnt California or Vegas. To say that an old decrepit building has gone up in value from 85k to 360k in this real estate market in Lima, OH is at best dellusional and at worst foolish.
