where i am from ,real estate increased by at least 5% year over year,at least 5%,now,you do the math from 1996,maybe go with 6% and tell me how much they overpaid...i dont know what the average was as far as percentage increase,but as a general rule i would say 5 to 6 percent is close,maybe more on commercial property.and now they are lining the whole kistler families pockets?you change your tune to go with the latest events

At least they have a building....which is more than I can say for most pinks.....

The purchase price for the building was never announced.

For all we know, Duane sold the building to ADCS for 27M shares....

Sounds like a good deal to me!

How much are 27M shares going to be worth???
