have personally spent well over $150,000.00 to have a business venture structured by a well known sec legal firm

in the end

i was the one that should have known better

the firm was not responsible..


been involved with several other entities with positive legal opinion documents to back it up

in the end

i was responsible, not the attorneys i trusted to give me proper legal advice..


i have a pretty good feeling that Motel Guy

was right..
