Move Up/Down Using Consistency Standings (In Position Terms)

Obviously you Knew I just couldn't of left it there. My next question is in terms of Position who benefitted the most by using consistency standings compared to the regular way we look at things. Also who was hurt the most. Did you Move Up/Down (in position terms) from where you placed in the regular standings. Well it's Time to find out. I just want to say congrats to the person who benefitted the most from this statistic (Moving up the most places) KIPP440 move up 16 spots looking at it from this perspective.
