on the other hand we could see a pr in the next couple days regarding Ellicotville that could either trash the stock or make it run pretty hard.

I wouldn't want my investment pending a court decision.

I don't have to be right, I don't have any stock and therefore NO down side risk. You have to worry not me. I wait for results. You can argue all you want. If you are wrong you lose if you are right you have to wait a long time to find out.
