I think you guys hoping for $20 within 3-4 years are being overly conservative. With everything happening on the world stage one has to believe an increasing oil crunch. When BQI has 3rd party confirmation of over 4 billion barrels...this stock will hit $20 and that, folks, is within the next 18 months. It is a play with lots of coverage and lots of outstanding shares which will provide for action. I personally believe the 4 yr goal would be $40. (They will be bringing aboard another company with deep pockets to bring this to production and at that point $15 will be a thing of the past)
