imo GLCC will need a higher pps to loan their shares for further expansion! They wouldnt be selling their shares!

Chinese banks can help continue glcc expansion by taking it in as a collateral! that is my thinking !They need more, so PPS is more commensurate to nt and projected future net revenues, and the gross revenues which the bank takes in daily transactions ! O r line of credit ... IMO !

The American Stock Exchange is an attractive exchange for solid micro and small-cap companies. AMEX has three different listing and public shareholder standards with a number of differing combinations within. As a result, their listing requirements offers flexibility to companies operating in different market sectors.

Standards 1 & 2: pps $3 min
Standard 3: pps N/A

After 6 months trading, GL appears to qualify for any one of the standards. Curious how analysts view the different standards. Anyone?

That standard requires that a listed common stock maintain an average closing stock price of over $1.00 per share of common stock for 30 consecutive trading days.

And YES, they would R/S in such a case.

AMEX Listing Requirements

Apparently my previous link is outdated. Here are the listing requirements from the source.

http://www.amex.com/

There are four Standards, not three.

Min pps $2 or $3 depending on Standard.
