The reality of the world is that socialism/communism has been proven to be failed systems.

So how do the Chinese happen to be holding a mortgage on this place to the tune of $1 trillion plus?

Not sure where your getting your information. Actually social mobility is far more possible in many other developed countries than here. Check this out.
