The transfer agent would be privy to request made of them for certain information pertaining to the issue of stock that would be included in such pinksheet filings of companies trying to get current information status. Would they not?
You are 100% right!! Thats the only function of the Transfer Agent is to transfer stock and update the transfer book. IMO This T/A has enough problems without talking about insider info on another company, that has been rumored to be under SEC investagation.
