Well absolutely. There is no justification what so ever for the current PPS.
I can confirm this: it is NOT dilution or selling from the company's end. The possible seller was addressed in the PR today. Doubt the ex shell owner has much left.... Look at a historical chart/volume, etc.
Hopefully Rico can pull something off like buying back those shares and retiring them. IF there are any left to be had.
I've confirmed a short by reading and analyzing the tape.
The short is there on the pops... has gotten a bit desperate as of late. IMO
