Miner: Thanks for the update. I too have some questions of how this could work as presented, but also admit my questions could be my ignorance of corporate legal stuff. I would hope that shares held by the previous crooks would get dialed out new shareholder structure somehow. And, I am encouraged that these guys are trying to bring value to a stock that I had sort of written off as a total loss, IW would agree its an answer to prayer.....

And, if the guy behind the new two has 180 million shares vs Lancaster's 200 million (purportedly), its a game of chicken with the new sherriff saying to the old bandit "I dare you to show up and vote your 200 million". If Lancaster has nothing to hide, he has nothing to fear, but if good old Lancaster knows the long arm of the law would love to snare him, then his 200 million shares are not going to be voted, even by proxy. So, the hostess with the mostest may not have any say in the matter out of fear of being snagged. Pretty cunning move on the new guys's part it seems to me.
