Obviously Megas has spent $$ but been brutally silent for years without a single fact to brag about!
The long court battle seems to be moot since WE have not won points worth publicizing on any concern that we have won on our behalf.
Yeah, it's all best kept secret.... ad nauseum.... from the public/shareholders... but it's a given the lawyers for the defense are absolutely informed on points lost and those yet to be resolved.
If a new venture is imminent this silence needs to end to generate renewed confidence and potential investments.
Then again.... whats another couple more years without a publicized clue!!
