Thanks miner for what you do...and for relaying the info and communicating with all of us. Communication....it's #1, and if this company could put out some PR's and communicate with it's shareholders and the street...who knows what could happen.

I am not a lawyer but if the current corporation is dissolved isn't the contract that Skip has with DVFI dissolved as well?.

I don't think that skip has any obligations with a new corporation.

FWIW...I've been getting e-mails from the Individual you named.
Up til now I haven't bothered to really get involved in a serious discussion with him about his plans as I didn't have the time or interest.

But seeing as how I still have my PP shares,still unregistered,at the bottom of a drawer,maybe it'll be worth exploring a bit and finding out what's going on.

BTW he did tell me he's still Hydroslotting in several different places.
