If they are devoting the 20k sq ft shop expansion just for the GTM's,then we are looking at a mini assembly line production. With a team of skilled mechanics they will cut production time much more than your estimate. I believe they will meet production quota of 250 cars a year.IMO

If the average backyard mechanic takes 250 hrs. In a fully equipped professional shop with professionals doing the work your looking at 50 hrs./car.
