for certain they dont have anywhere near that many left, hence the comment in the pr...the shares were payment for the shell, and we already know he was selling much higher than this..as this was happening in february when the pps was much much higher
looking at recent trading and back to that period, i believe they are like the ceo said done or very close to it. Seems to me they received a leter from the shell vendor indicating this very thing in early april
