Friends: Let's be realistic about what Frank will do. First, he's a businessman on the verge of a major accomplishment, Second, that accomplishement will be hinder with such a large amount of outstanding stock. He made a statement that he would not reverse split or rollback, as long as he's running the show. When he's faced with an offer to take over his company, chances are he'll take it. The new officers have not made any announcement about reverse splits or rollbacks and will be primarily concerned about reducing corporate debt. We all know what that means. Suffice it to say, hope for the best, but be as prepared as you can for the worst and expected the unexpected.
