"Supposedly", they need NDFC for Customer Service support, They already existing Financial channels etc... as well as existing MERCHANTS. But, It's only valued at 10 Mill??? I wouldn't mind finding out their Gross Revenues, as that might give us a hint as to amount of transactions, If the buyout occurs in January, ECNC has an instant revenue stream, BUT IT IT A POSITVE OR NEGATIVE CASHFLOW???? I do think it's a good move, but just have some questions about it. I have talked to NDFC a couple of times on the phone, and they are very professional. Call ECNC, and I'm lucky if I get a Call back.
At least we can't say this company is boring. LOL.
