Centers, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VDTI), a Nevada corporation, today announced it will
offer licenses in select markets for Diabetes Treatment Centers.

The license will allow qualified professionals to administer the highly
successful iCAT Therapy to patients with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. VitalCare
will offer complete setup and training to all personnel at each center with a
comprehensive ongoing support program. Licenses will also be offered to
qualified medical groups and HMOs.
