I am not sure when the UN first had a map with Jerusalem as the Capital. I only know that I arrived in Jerusalem in February of 1949, and the government was meeting in the Yeshurun Synagogue (waiting for better place), and the interim governing bodies was spread over the city in various buildings. To Israeli at the time, there was no other Capital. As a matter of fact, I don't think that there ever was another Capital in Israel.
